OLS Traffic Filters presentations published on YouTube
Zuhura Plummer, Oxfordshire Liveable Streets' Campaign Director, has been visiting large and medium-sized employers and community groups across Oxfordshire to give a talk about the Traffic Filters which is straightforward and accessible and importantly explains *why* they are going to be tried. (Headington Liveable Streets hosted such an event in May at Quarry Village Hall, which was well-attended.)
People who attend these talks generally leave with a far greater understanding of the scheme, a sense of the benefits and how they could adapt or still drive.
Oxfordshire Liveable Streets (OLS) has now produced two YouTube videos of the talk so that more people will be able to benefit from the information without needing to attend an event in person:
- This version is 16 mins long, which whips through the content fast but with nearly all the information given.
- This version is 35 mins long, which you might prefer if you have more time and prefer your videos to be slower and to understand lots of details.
OLS has also produced a website dedicated to explaining the Traffic Filters scheme in a simple, engaging way: visit oxfordtrafficfilters.co.uk for more information.
